Where is. Is found in foods of animal origin (as retinol) as oily fish, liver, egg yolk, butter, cheese, whole milk or enriched. Also found in plant foods (as beta carotene) as apricots, cantaloupe, carrot, mango, peach, spinach, Brussels sprouts, tomatoes, persimmons, etc..
