A good routine oral hygiene practices in the prevention and drinking milk daily helps to have strong teeth and may reduce dental visits, experts say dental care. A report of the School of Dentistry, University of California, Los Angeles, states that the calcium in milk helps build strong teeth and may prevent cavities.

The milk gives oral health

According to a 2006 report by the Dental Health Foundation, in kindergarten, more than half of children have tooth decay and the time they reach third grade, that figure rises to 70 percent.

The dentist Karen Becerra, president of the Hispanic Dental Association in San Diego 2009-2010, says that milk, and contribute to the formation of tooth enamel, it also contains many proteins that are important for oral health.
